The Celebration of Excellence is an annual graduation event and scholarship program hosted by the State of Georgia Resilient, Youth-Centered, Stable and Empowered [GA RYSE] Independent Living Program and community partners. This event recognizes the educational achievements of youth in Georgia’s foster care system who are graduating from high school, vocational school or college.
