Risk Management
Risk Management Services (RMS) serves over 250 organizations within DHS and state employees by providing insurance coverage, managing and administering claims to ensure appropriate resolution, cost-effectiveness, identifying loss exposures, and promoting loss control. The Risk Management Manual describes the agency risk management program, compliance guidelines and policy for claim management as allowed under Georgia law.
