CHAPTER 290-1-9 Safe Place for Newborns Act Signage
The Georgia Department of Human Services (the “Department”) proposes the creation of Chapter Rule 290-1-9 to be added to the Rules of the Georgia Department of Human Services, Administration. The proposal would create a new chapter section and a new rule: 290-1-9-.01, Safe Place for Newborns Act Signage. The Department will be accepting written comments regarding the proposed rule amendments from August 23, 2018, through September 21, 2018.
