Notice of Public Hearings for proposed Chapter 290-1-10 and rule amendments to Chapter 290-9-2 of the Rules of the Department of Human Services
The Department of Human Services, Office of Inspector General, Residential Child Care Licensing Unit hereby gives notice of the November 7, 2018 Public Hearings for proposed Chapter 290-1-10 and proposed amendments to Chapter 290-9-2 of the Rules of the Department of Human Services.
The Department of Human Services, Office of Inspector General, Residential Child Care Licensing Unit proposes the adoption of Chapter 290-1-10, “Rules for Power of Attorney for the Care of a Child,” and proposes amendments to Chapter 290-9-2,“Rules and Regulations for Child-Placing Agencies.” Public comments will be accepted from October 12, 2018, through November 12, 2018, and Public Hearings will be held on November 7, 2018, beginning at 10:00 a.m.
