The Georgia Department of Human Services (the “Department”) proposes the adoption of Chapter 290-1-11 to be added to the Rules of the Georgia Department of Human Services, Administration. The proposal would create a new chapter section entitled Persons with a Disability and new rules: 290-1-11-.01, Legal Authority, and 290-1-11-.02, Prohibiting Discrimination Against Persons with a Disability. The Department will be accepting written comments regarding the proposed chapter from Sept. 9, 2019, through Oct. 8, 2019.
