The Georgia Department of Human Services (the “Department”) proposes amendments to Chapter 290-2-30 of the Rules of the Georgia Department of Human Services, Family and Children Services. The proposal would amend the chapter entitled Rules and Regulations Governing the Child Protective Services Information System. The Department will be accepting written comments regarding the proposed amendments from Sept. 9, 2019, through Oct. 8, 2019.
