The Georgia Department of Human Services (the “Department”) proposes the repeal of Rule Chapters 290-1-3, 290-1-7, 290-4-1, 290-4-2, 290-4-3, 290-4-5, 290-4-6, 290-4-7, 290-4-8, 290-4-9, 290-4-10, 290-4-12, 290-4-13, 290-5-5, 290-5-12, 290-5-22, 290-5-27, 290-5-32, 290-5-37, 290-5-41, 290-5-44, 290-5-46, and 290-9-37 of the Rules of the Department of Human Services. The Department will be accepting written comments regarding the proposed repeal from October 6, 2020, through November 5, 2020.
