Residential Child Care Tracking, Residential Applications, Incidents & Licenses System (RCC TRAILS) is a web-based application that is accessible to RCCL providers. Using RCC TRAILS, facility/agency personnel will be able to upload waiver/variance applications and submit incident reports. 

The 3-hour training will include the following courses:

  • Accessing Provider User Accounts
  • How to Submit a Waiver/Variance Request
  • How to Submit an Incident Report

 

***TO SUCCESSFULLY LOG IN AND NAVIGATE RCC TRAILS, PROVIDER STAFF MUST COMPLETE ONE OF THE FOUR TRAINING SESSIONS.
We recommend that Human Service Professionals/Casework Supervisors, Directors, Owners, and Administrators attend the training.
