The Parental Accountability Court (PAC) program is a joint effort of the Department of Human Services Division of Child Support Services (DCSS) and Superior Court Judges to help chronic nonpayers of child support avoid incarceration and make regular payments through the use of community resources like substance abuse treatment, job assistance, short-term training and educational services.
