Children in the Legal Custody of DFCS

Count of unique children who were in the legal custody of DFCS (17 years of age and under) at some point during the month, and those 18 years of age and older (Extended Youth Services). Excludes Aftercare, Interstate Compact on the Placement of Children (ICPC), Placement services to parents, and Boarding County.
