ATLANTA, GA –­­­ A new Division of Family and Children Services (DFCS) office will open in north Fulton County Monday August 14.

The new office, located at 8215 Roswell Rd., Sandy Springs, GA, will be a full-service location for all DFCS-administered programs for economic assistance and child welfare programs. Residents can apply in-person for the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP or food stamps), Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF), medical and child care assistance in the office. 

Applications for TANF, medical assistance and child care assistance can also be made online at www.gateway.ga.gov.

The new North Fulton office replaces a now-closed location at 6075 Roswell Rd, Sandy Springs, GA. Office hours will remain from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.
