Marietta, GA – Last month, the Georgia Department of Human Services (DHS) announced that the Cobb County Division of Family & Children Services (DFCS) office is relocating to a new office space.

DHS said the Cobb DFCS office will open at its new location – 1090 Northchase Pkwy SE, Suite 200 (North Entrance) in Marietta – on Tuesday, February 14 at 9 a.m. Cobb County DFCS currently sees walk-in customers Tuesday through Thursday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. and will continue these hours in the new location.

The new office building will house staff providing economic assistance and child welfare services to more than 100,000 families in Cobb County.

Doors will close at the current location on Fairground St. on Friday, February 10.
