Gwinnett Employer Hub

The Gwinnett Employer Hub (GEHub) was established January 1, 2018 as a state-of-the-art resource for Georgia employers’ child support issues and needs. GEHub is tasked with reducing walk-in traffic at Division of Child Support Services offices, increasing collections and strengthening the partnership with the employer community.

GEHub now is operational, processing Federal Income Withholding orders statewide. In the past six months the office has processed more than 41,000 cases and 17,000 pieces of incoming mail, and has released more than 1,500 driver’s licenses. Since the soft rollout of the help line in March, GEHub has serviced more than 2,600 calls. 

DHS’ vision is to build stronger families for a stronger Georgia. GEHub is an important step toward achieving that vision.
