The Division of Child Support Services (DCSS) has several self-service options available that allow you to access case information quickly and easily.
Due to the outbreak of COVID-19, DCSS is encouraging all customers to use self-service options. DCSS’ award-winning mobile app allows customers to connect with the Division online and access the same services they would in person. The mobile app is a great way to get information on your case or make child support payments with your credit card or bank account.
Many Georgians may be concerned about submitting the necessary documents for their case during this period of social distancing. Fortunately, through the app, customers can upload documents, learn about ways to reinstate their driver’s licenses, change direct deposit information and request changes to their case.
During this time, the Division of Child Support Services is committed to serving both the custodial and noncustodial parent in every way possible.
