RCC TRAILS Information

RCC TRAILS (Residential Child Care Tracking Residential Applications, Incidents & Licenses System) is a web-based application developed and designed by the Office of Information Technology for the Office of Inspector General, Residential Child Care Licensing (RCCL) unit. It consists of interrelated modules designed to support all business operations within the lifecycle of a state licensure for child welfare agencies and other regulated programs within the state of Georgia.
